In 2021, Dustin founded Executive Advisors offering professional services to organizations looking to maximize their human capital.

Dustin volunteered as the first Director of Social Media with the Kansas State Council of SHRM. Dustin received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washburn University and completed his Master of Science in Organizational Development Psychology from Avila University.

Additionally, Dustin is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP).
